Routes and device coverage

All monthly plans and data packs cover 120+ countries and 240+ routes. Switch routes based on your destination, local network, and current connection performance without changing coverage by selecting a different data tier.

All plans support unlimited devices across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Traffic from different devices counts toward the same subscription or data pack, so device count and total available data should be considered separately.

Switching routes

If access to international websites slows down, try switching to a route in the same or a nearby region, then check the local network. Your plan’s data tier does not change the available route range.

Encrypted connections

The service uses bank-grade encryption to process connections. Keep your operating system and client updated, and check connection status when using public networks.

Support tickets

For subscription status, payment results, data display, or connection configuration checks, submit a ticket in the user panel. Include the operating system, selected route, and observed behavior to help identify the issue.

For variable usage

If usage is concentrated in specific periods or you do not want remaining data cleared on a reset date, a non-expiring data pack better matches this billing need.

For multiple devices

Unlimited devices does not mean each device receives a separate data allowance. Usage from computers, tablets, and other supported devices counts toward the selected plan together.

No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Keep your login details secure, as you will need the user panel to view subscriptions, payment results, and ticket replies.

Review your plan

Before payment, confirm whether you are choosing a monthly plan or a data pack, then check the data allowance again. Monthly plans reset on the activation date, while data packs never expire; their usage models differ.

Complete payment

Choose Alipay, WeChat, or USDT in the user panel and follow the instructions shown. After payment, return to the panel to check the order status and subscription details; no address needs to be copied from the marketing page.

Get the client

Once the subscription is available, open the download area in the user panel and use the relevant Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, or Linux entry to get client information and complete setup.

14-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund

To request a refund, submit the order details and refund request through a ticket in the user panel. Before submitting, check the subscription status, selected plan, and payment record so route configuration issues are not mixed with billing issues.

When does monthly plan data reset?

Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. The reset date follows the actual activation date rather than a shared calendar-month schedule. Estimate data needs across the full usage cycle when choosing a plan.

How is a mid-cycle monthly plan upgrade calculated?

For a mid-cycle upgrade, the plan price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Open the user panel to check the current subscription status before submitting, then confirm the result shown on the page.

Do data packs reset every month?

No. The 300GB, 1000GB, and 3000GB data packs remain available until used and never expire; they do not reset monthly from the activation date.

Which payment methods are supported?

Alipay, WeChat, and USDT are supported. The payment entry is on the plans page in the user panel; marketing pages do not collect payment information directly.

What is the refund policy?
